•  A retainer fee is due upon booking to secure your date. This is applied  towards your session fee. The balance is due the day of the session.

• If you need to reschedule due to sickness, please give me a 24 hour notice. Otherwise, your retainer fee will be forfeited.

​

• There are no refunds or exchanges of any kind due to the custom nature of portrait photography.

​

• I will do my best to deliver your desired poses. However, no pose is guaranteed. I will never force a baby into any position. Safety is a priority and ultimately, baby is in charge! I am not responsible for the lack of cooperation of anyone taking part in photos.

​

• I will use my own discretion to choose and edit your best photos, according to the amount of digital images in the collection you have chosen. You may have the option to purchase more digital images.

​

• You will be sent a link to your digital images within 3 weeks of your session. Images with my watermark are for social media. Images without it are for prints and other orders. You will receive a signed print release. Keep in mind, however, that these photos are protected under copyright. They are to be used for personal use only and are not to be altered in any way, as they are a reflection of my artistic ability and style.

• Precious Baby Photography reserves the right to use images for display, publication or other purposes.

​

• All prints ordered through Precious Baby Photography are guaranteed for color correctness and longevity. If any fade or discolor, I will replace them at no charge to you. Since printing labs vary, I cannot guarantee any prints or other products not ordered through me.

​

• Please handle your products with care. Once they leave my studio, they are your responsibility.

​

• The balance of the payment is due on the day of your session. If, for some reason a session is not completely paid for on the day of the session, products will only be handed over to the client upon full payment
